About me

I’m C. D. Baron, a 31-year-old writer from a small suburb in California. Stories have always been apart of me, captivating me since childhood. When I wasn’t at school or playing video games with friends, I was at home, crafting what I believed would be the next great novel.

I’ve been writing since middle school, starting with some pretty awful sci-fi and fantasy stories. Now, I have my master’s degree in creative writing, and a bachlor’s degree in cinematic arts. I like to explore Eastern Philosophy from a Western perspective and see how the combination of wold views could lead to a happier society.

Currently, I’m working on a young adult fantasy series set in a magical world teeming with fantastical creatures and wonders. In this series, the entire Elvine race has mysteriously disappeared from the land of Symphonia during a war with the Tamalir. The story follows Helana Glasglo, a 22-year-old elvine woman, who re-emerges into the known world, uncovering ancient magic, enduring war, and confronting deceit.
